Paleo Bread Rolls

 makes 4

250g Monica’s Paleo Flour

250ml water

60ml oil

16g baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

mixed seeds

Preheat oven to 170oC.

Line a tray with baking paper.

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Shape into 4 rolls, brush with water and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake for 40-45 mins. Cool on a wire rack.
